Just when I thought customer service doesn't exist anymore, I walked into the Delray Marketplace branch of Chase, yesterday. More importantly, not only did I have $0 deposited in Chase when I walked in, but shortly after I was greeted by Aniqua, she learned that I would not be depositing any money in the future. My point is that despite these facts, Aniqua made me feel like the most important customer in all of Chase Bank.
