Finding a good business banker can feel like searching for a unicorn. But let me tell you, I've found the unicorn at Chase Bank, and her name is Meital. As someone who owns several companies, I've navigated the complexities of countless bank accounts across roughly 15 different banks. Through it all, I've never encountered a banker as exceptional as Meital.
Everyone there is extremely helpful. It's not my closest Chase bank but the service is definitely worth the drive.
There's only 1 "banker" to help people on Saturday morning. We waited for over 45 minutes, and we still weren't seen. The banker, Willie, was running back and forth. He seemed to not know how to delegate and was busy with a teller and customer as both seemed unsure of what to do. My mother is elderly and could not stay waiting at the location, so we left. We will not come back and will go to another Private Client Service location.
Handled everything I needed quickly and without any red tape.
