This is the best bank i’ve been to, the customer service is amazing thanks to Ana Paula, super kind and friendly.

Terrible customer experience, banker asked a rude question, like if you work at WF why you don’t bring your ID. I simply forgot!
This branch had the rudest employees. Awful costumer service.simple things that I requested at other chase branches failed here.
