I walk in and nobody will look at me. So I patiently stand there. When I realized that nobody wants to speak to me,I walk over and interrupt somebody that is staring at their desk. He tells me that this is not his regular location. So I make my way to the back of the bank and see a long line of customers waiting to speak to one teller. It just doesn't feel like there there to see customers.
I have to say I am a long time Chase customer and the changes they have made to this bank are in one word AWFUL!!! I HATE that the first thing you see when you walk in is a machine. No more tellers. What is wrong with this bank??? I hate that whenever you call you get an automated machine telling you NO ONE is available and to CALL BACK??! You have to make appointments to see a REAL HUMAN BEING but no one will answer the phone!!!
