The most horrible experience!!! Staff all the way to one of the manager lady is unprepared. They have no idea how to help nor do they want to. Before you finish a sentence they will say NO to a transaction I do monthly in other Chase branches. Lack of training and common sense is what made me look for another branch. I now drive 10 min extra to a different location, but they are super polite, willing to help, super knowledgeable and prepared. Chase do better with this location's staff, clearly this CAN be done!
I had a great experience here! Kay Overpack was able to help me and my fiancé with each of our reasons for coming in! she was so kind and extremely helpful and sorted out each concern. it was such a great experience (:
Very good bank. Staffers are very helpful and supportive
Came in 15 minutes before closing. Asked employees for assistance to which they declined due to the establishment“closing” there are multiple employees available to speak however no one wants to work. The building is still open. Do not recommend this branch.
