Ninorta is the best. Last time I was inside the branch and there was a line up she came and helped me with my transaction. She is always friendly and has amazing customer service.
Unpleasant experience with manager
The people over there are so rude for no reason
Scheduled an appointment because I had questions about my mortgage and I tend to prefer face-to-face explanations/discussions than over the phone. Instead of attempting to answer any of my questions, the banker just called Chase's customer service line and had me talk to them while she sat at the desk, texting on her phone. If that's normal customer service and expertise for a personal banker, there's zero reason for this branch to exist.
