Victim of check washing over a year ago, clearly proved fraud which Chase admits but they flat out refuse to honor their account holder agreement and refund my money. Taking my business elsewhere.
Where do I begin, I never leave a negative review unless I honestly have no other choice. I try to approach every situation with courtesy and respect as I would expect the same in return. However, I would stay away from Eduardo and the vice president of this branch, I've never met this level of incompetent service from people in my life. I went to another branch and accomplished in one day what they were not able to do in 2 weeks.
