I hadn't been in to Chase for awhile, needed some help with multiple concerns, & Rafael Segovia, the area manager, came to my rescue. He was kind, knowledgeable, & patient, listened to my concerns, & offered options. It was beyond excellent customer service. Many managers aren't approachable or help for many different reasons, but he was available for & spoke with every employee while I was there, which sets a great example. Most of my interactions have been good. But good luck getting a human to answer the phone at the branch!!
Easy in and out
My visit to Chase Bank's drive-through for a simple money withdrawal turned awkward. After 10 minutes, they insisted I go inside to enter my PIN, defeating the drive-through's purpose and causing unnecessary inconvenience for customers. Unfortunate experience.
