This was the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. My banker, Neepa Shah, arrived late even though I had a 9:00 AM appointment. When I asked questions, instead of explaining or helping, she responded by asking why I hadn’t already done certain things. If I had known exactly what to do, I wouldn’t have needed to make an appointment in the first place. Won’t ever answer the phone, I guess actual people don’t work at any of these branches. You have to call some 800 number and talk to Habib and get nowhere.
