Very slow poor customer service. They make you wait in the drive through for at least 10 mins while helping people inside just to tell you they can’t help you. We have multiple business accounts and credit cards yet they treat you like someone who’s never banked with them. Shame on you shame on the people you hire. So embarrassing for Chase to have lousy people represent them. Uneducated, unqualified and unprofessional. 👎
Very poor Cusotmer service. Can’t even pull money out even showing my ID previous day and even though I can show my routing and account number. This branch is terrible.
Terrible service and wait times
my reason for visiting chase was for a fraudulent account. i had first visited the little elm branch and was pretty much told they couldnt help me because the were busy. i decided to go to the branch off main and teel, and after reading reviews and being brushed off i was already thinking nobody wanted to deal with me close to closing time or this kind of issue. I went to the bank to get something notarized, One person gave it to another person that person said he was on lunch, but they discussed on his face was telling me that he didn’t wanna help me at all, he walked around and went by the cashiers and I don’t know what he was doing so I got discussed this when I left and this is not good. If you’re writing was mine stars I would do that.
