Been banking there for around 25 years, never had any issues. The teller was always helpful when I needed help.
I would give 0, but I can't. This place has given me the worst customer service for cashing my payroll check..it has been the hardest thing ever, every single time. It goes from chashing my check-in 1 day to having to wait a full week for it. It's not right. Absolutely no help, I've called every single time trying to get an answer, or help onthe matter, or a report.... zerohelp
Very slow poor customer service. They make you wait in the drive through for at least 10 mins while helping people inside just to tell you they can’t help you. We have multiple business accounts and credit cards yet they treat you like someone who’s never banked with them. Shame on you shame on the people you hire. So embarrassing for Chase to have lousy people represent them. Uneducated, unqualified and unprofessional. 👎
Very poor Cusotmer service. Can’t even pull money out even showing my ID previous day and even though I can show my routing and account number. This branch is terrible.
