We needed to make an important l, last minute international wire transfer and thought the branch closed at 6pm instead of 5. We walked in at 4:48 and had the most efficient and pleasant experience. Richard C handled our transfer smoothly and was so pleasant you would not have known it was almost closing time on Friday. After the transfer, we needed to add my son’s name to my account.
