Review Title: Extremely Disappointed by the Unprofessional Behavior at This Branch I normally don’t write reviews, but my recent experience at this Chase Bank branch was frustrating enough that I feel the need to share. The staff at this location, particularly a banker named Fereshteh Karimi, displayed some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in any bank.
