DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR CASH HERE. I usually have an associate deposit my cash but I was in the area for this bank and it took my money and shut down the machine. I hade to stay an extra 30 minutes to call for a dispute when all I needed to do was deposit my money. Luckily the associates were nice and helpful to my situation but honestly just deposit your cash with an actual person and not a machine

Go to this branch only because of its location. I give it 4 stars only because of "Suzie" (Xu Zhang). Without her in this branch, it would be 1 star on a good day. If she leaves, I would have to go to a full branch in Duluth which is further. It's obvious from personal experience and reflected on Google reviews to that she is the asset there.

They require a debit card to get money out of this branch. Even if you have a credit card and checking acct with them, they won’t allow you to withdraw money without a debit card. So if you don’t have a debit card, don’t waste your time.
