Poor service specially make online appointment but the representative , whom has appointment with not in. And no any response or update
Go to this branch only because of its location. I give it 4 stars only because of "Suzie" (Xu Zhang). Without her in this branch, it would be 1 star on a good day. If she leaves, I would have to go to a full branch in Duluth which is further. It's obvious from personal experience and reflected on Google reviews to that she is the asset there.

They require a debit card to get money out of this branch. Even if you have a credit card and checking acct with them, they won’t allow you to withdraw money without a debit card. So if you don’t have a debit card, don’t waste your time.
MY ADVICE would be to find another branch or certainly not to work with Suzie here. I know she may not be able to do anything about my situation but the door says “Planning, Investing, Advice.” I didn’t receive any. Started my own business and applied for a cc. It was declined due to personal credit but I came back in to reapply. They denied that and then I asked what I do from here, what should I get the amount below before reapplying again, etc.. and all i got was a blank stare and “I don’t know.” There was no help plannin... read more
