I opened 2 accounts per a promotion deal that came in the mail. I made sure to take it and show Suzy so that she could open what I needed for the promotion (the banker who set me up). However, after 3 months when the promotion benefits did not show up, come to find out that Suzy did not put the promotion codes. We made about half a dozen in person visits to the bank, and even spoke to the managers. They keep saying they'll get back and never get back and nothing happens. Absolutely horrible customer service.

DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR CASH HERE. I usually have an associate deposit my cash but I was in the area for this bank and it took my money and shut down the machine. I hade to stay an extra 30 minutes to call for a dispute when all I needed to do was deposit my money. Luckily the associates were nice and helpful to my situation but honestly just deposit your cash with an actual person and not a machine
