The Ladies at the counter are always friendly and welcoming making the deposit process very smooth. Lines are never more than a few minutes. Easy parking.

This branch is not good. I was trying to open an account. On the first visit, I asked to use the restroom before starting. They said there was no public restroom and that we could reschedule. I set an appointment for the next week for an agreed upon date and time. I arrived for my appointment and was told the banker didn’t have an appointment set for me, but that I could wait 20 minutes to be seen. No apology, no nothing. I left and went to a different bank to open my account.

I tried to schedule an appointment last week for the following week at 10:30 AM with CJ, a banker at your branch. Unfortunately, when I arrived, my appointment wasn't on the list. Rescheduling is not an option for me, which is why I originally booked the appointment. This experience has been very frustrating, and I hope you can address the lack of professionalism at this location.

Honestly my experience here today was just awful. Ayana was the teller to assist us and she was SO RUDE! Had an attitude for absolutely no reason. Definitely glad I’m not a chase card member cause i just know my experience would’ve continued being awful with her there. 10/10 do not recommend her or this location.
