Jose Ruiz, I sort of have the same problem, people are very rude. The lady who didn’t even help and was just saying no to everything I said. She wasn’t even knowledgeable about the fact that you just needed 2 Identification to get a loan. She said that I needed to be at least a resident which is false. She had to search it up on google. Her trophies that she has on display is a joke. I was being discriminated even though we’re both Hispanic.

I had a very disappointing experience working with Daniel. Customer service and compassion go a long way in banking, and unfortunately Daniel showed neither. His approach felt extremely robotic and insincere, and it was clear there was little effort to understand or help resolve my situation.
