Muy mal servicio llegue para abrir una nueva cuenta pues me han recomendado mucho este banco,el banco está vacío no hay ni un solo cliente y me preguntan si tengo cita les digo q no q pase porque vi el banco vacío,o está bien me dijo el señor puede que tarde 1 hora o pide una cita en la entrada con Katy,no acabo de entender como estaba vacío todos sentados sin hacer nada y no me quiso atender que tenía q esperar 1 hora muy pocas ganas de trabajar

Check deposit on the outside unit by the front door. Didn't work. Had to go inside and they did it themselves
The lady at the front desk/window was so rude. I also didn’t know your allowed to show that much cleavage at work either. It’s one thing to look trashy, it’s another to be it and be rude to customers who were nothing but nice to you. Im 19 so sorry if I don’t know how everything works and was a little confused, still no excuse to be so mean and passive aggressive. I go to this chase all the time and everyone’s usually very kind and patient, I guess I got unlucky today.
