The ATMs are always down. If you go to the drive-through you pull up, nobody greets you, you wait forever, you push the call button because you don’t know if anyone knows you’re there and some rude person says “ONE MOMENT!” The only reason that I go to this location is because it’s right down the street from my job. I will not be going here anymore. They need to just shut this location down.
Jose Ruiz, I sort of have the same problem, people are very rude. The lady who didn’t even help and was just saying no to everything I said. She wasn’t even knowledgeable about the fact that you just needed 2 Identification to get a loan. She said that I needed to be at least a resident which is false. She had to search it up on google. Her trophies that she has on display is a joke. I was being discriminated even though we’re both Hispanic.
