the branch opens on Sunday when working people can go. What's not to like.
Today I took my 92 year-old mother to the Chase branch on Middle Neck Road in Great Neck, NY. She needed to deposit her pension checks and make a cash withdrawal. The teller accepted the pension checks for deposit, totaling over $7000. But she refused to allow my mother to withdraw $2500 from her account because she didn't have her debit card with her or her cell phone.
