the branch opens on Sunday when working people can go. What's not to like.
Today I took my 92 year-old mother to the Chase branch on Middle Neck Road in Great Neck, NY. She needed to deposit her pension checks and make a cash withdrawal. The teller accepted the pension checks for deposit, totaling over $7000. But she refused to allow my mother to withdraw $2500 from her account because she didn't have her debit card with her or her cell phone. I haven't required teller services but the ATM is nice. Private booth outside and I never have to wait for more than one person, if that. It is always clean and works well. Building seems good too. It is nice they are open on Sundays as a main bank. I did recently come here and tried to withdraw $50 but they only could give it to me in $5s which was strange, otherwise I am pleased with the facility.

I found the bank tellers friendly and helpful. The ATM on the side of the bank that self closes is convenient, and I like that it's one person at a time, kind of ATM. Our investment rep, Steven, is knowledgeable and quick to respond and assist. Wish they were open Saturday and longer hours.
