Tried to close my account but the teller’s system was down? No time was given for when it would be back up again. 3rd time I’ve had an issue at this branch
I visited the Warren branch with my two teenagers to open High School Checking accounts for them. Shilpa Ingale assisted us and was fantastic. As a parent who is trying to instill independence and self-sufficiency in my teens, I loved how she spoke to them, not me, and took this opportunity to talk to them about account safety and the importance of saving and financial goals. I have been a Chase customer for over 20 years, and this was the best customer experience that I have ever had at a branch.

Made an appointment at 1pm, after 45 minutes still waiting, what’s the use of appointment? Waste of time
Every time I have to use this branch it’s a problem. Went today to open an account for my son. They don’t have a banker today. But you know what they will do? Call your cell to wish you a happy birthday. So spamming your cel for non business - yes. Actually assisting you with banking needs - no.
