Made an appointment at 1pm, after 45 minutes still waiting, what’s the use of appointment? Waste of time
Every time I have to use this branch it’s a problem. Went today to open an account for my son. They don’t have a banker today. But you know what they will do? Call your cell to wish you a happy birthday. So spamming your cel for non business - yes. Actually assisting you with banking needs - no.
Terrible customer service! the manager treated us with no respect. Poor.
There is so much to say about this branch. Every Customer Service rep at the counter is super helpful. I recently had the pleasure of working with Shilpa Ingale Private Banker and I can't say enough about her. Her professionalism, attention to detail is impeccable. She goes above and beyond and tool great care of myself and my business partner. I highly recommend this branch they are all great professionals.
