fix the da - mn door... can't even get inside to get my money out
This place picks and chooses who they wanna help. Wouldn’t cash a check and refused to explain why. Came back with my boss and then they cashed it. Went to other branches and never had issues.
Please do NOT do banking here! A family member has hundreds of thousands of dollars in bank accounts and when he tried to withdraw money they would not allow him and said he was not in the right head space to do so. They are not doctors! I'm filing a lawsuit against Chase and personally suing the Manager as well. They do not have the right to withhold money from clients. My family member needs money to live on. This place is dangerous! Do not do banking here!
