Available and relatively knowledgeable, nice and good customer service
Catherine is hands down one of the most knowledgeable people my business partner and I have dealt with. She was extremely kind and patient today when we were in there. We had quite a few questions regarding our business and the next steps we take with things and she was able to answer all of our questions and not feel pushy or rushed.
