Catherine is hands down one of the most knowledgeable people my business partner and I have dealt with. She was extremely kind and patient today when we were in there. Was having trouble with my PIN and Cathrine (probably butchered that spelling) called me and walked me through it on the phone saving me so much time and money in what would be bus fairs. Not only that but she was so kind and took time to explain things to me as if I were five years old. If you're 18 and just starting out with your banking life I reccomend chase with full sincerity.
