Alexander Rousseau was an amazing CS rep! This guy deserves a raise .. he was polite and helped me out in a timely fashion .. will probably make this branch my home base !
I booked an appointment to meet with an advisor to obtain a medallion signature guarantee and received multiple reminders confirming the appointment. Just one minute before I was about to leave for a 20-minute drive, I received a call telling me that this service isn’t offered at that location. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time, especially given the repeated confirmations leading up to the appointment. Vice president questioned me about a request i had made...no need to respond with another question...I felt disrespected..I hate the Chase Bank locations and this one is terrible as well..Chase...good name, because we are always "Chasing" you guys down ..lack of locations service will eventually close you down. I had a great experience at this bank. My sister and I had a hiccup with our transfer and Believe, the manager, took his time to help us, with a smile on his face. It’s not easy to find someone this enthusiastic. Thank you.
