I booked an appointment to meet with an advisor to obtain a medallion signature guarantee and received multiple reminders confirming the appointment. Just one minute before I was about to leave for a 20-minute drive, I received a call telling me that this service isn’t offered at that location. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time, especially given the repeated confirmations leading up to the appointment.
