This is a very lazy unprofessional bank. They never answer the phone. They dont even answer the phone even for corporate. When it comes to verifying accounts they dont care they will literally not check names and numbers on accounts. Chase isnt bad .. its this unprofessional bank branch lead by unprofessional leadsership
It's been about 3 years now and I will never forget the older black lady who would not let me open my business account. I was excited I had just gotten my llc, ein, and various other paperwork in the mail for my new startup. I decided to bank with chase since I had already had a checking with them for some time.
