ATM Outside ATM is not working 07/11/2026 ATM Still not working 07/20/2026

Outside ATM is not working 07/11/2026
After a very terrible experience on the phone with Chase customer support I came in to the in person branch where Tricia was of great help and alleviated much stress.
IDK who is responsible but this outside ATM of y’alls has been lit up red (out of service) every time I’ve driven past it for the last week. And that is such an inconvenience. The next closest ATM is about 15 minutes away and basically 30 minutes round-trip cause I’m passing my house to get to it. This ATM has always had issues, but it’s never taken this long or even more than a day in most cases to be back up and running. Y’all need to fix this!
