Slow so slow if you need assistance with anything besides a simple deposit go somewhere else. They will beg you to come back another day just to not work. They have plenty of desk and no one to manage them. Smh
WORST CHASE BANK! Manager named believe gave me a hard time to get my money out after I showed almost five proof of identification. Had the audacity to say this is two different people (in front of other customers, embarrassing me as if I’m doing fraud) all because of one letter in my name but they both showed on my account.
They are very helpful.
