I am completely surprised that I even gave this bank a 1 I've never seen any other bank so incompetent in my life, I can't get anywhere trying to call them or go inside but they have gave my money to everyone else but me and here is my birthday and I can't even order a pizza bc I can't get them to send me a card in the mailbox and I just want my account that I had with them for 5 years closed I can't take anymore of their incompetent behavior SMH shame on you chase
ATM is always down and can never get anyone to answer the phone!!!!
