I can only speak of who I spoke with and I wish I can add an extra star to my experience. Miss Sadia Ilyas. The other day I was on hold in increments of 10 mins for nearly over an hour on the phone, chase customer service bouncing me from one department to the next and pushed me to an external source to only be redirected back to Chase, feeling completely helpless at this point. Excellent customer service
I was VERY surprised to see such a low rating! I have received nothing short of fantastic service every visit. Recently I had a life event that required me speaking with a banker. I would like to acknowledge his kindness and tremendous help. Thank you, Eduardo, i appreciate you.
