I am coming to this location for the past 10 years. Never a problem. Respectful, polite, and professional. I am stunned by the rating. It would be absolute disservice to them to give anything less than 5 stars. It is a great pleasure doing business with them.
Excellent customer service
I was VERY surprised to see such a low rating! I have received nothing short of fantastic service every visit. Recently I had a life event that required me speaking with a banker. I would like to acknowledge his kindness and tremendous help. Thank you, Eduardo, i appreciate you.
The worst chase bank! The atms don’t even dispense cash out. The manager of this branch is completely slacking on their job
