I wish I could give 0 stars , they refused to help me open a checking account because my credit score was to low??? I didn't want a credit card , I wanted a direct deposit/ checking account !!! They said they couldn't help me ?? I went across the parking lot to Citi Bank and not only did they open my account, they hooked up my instant ATM card , direct deposit and paperless account !!!! Melody at Citi Bank is awesome !!!! Screw you Chase !!!! Horrible experience......
I can only speak of who I spoke with and I wish I can add an extra star to my experience. Miss Sadia Ilyas. The other day I was on hold in increments of 10 mins for nearly over an hour on the phone, chase customer service bouncing me from one department to the next and pushed me to an external source to only be redirected back to Chase, feeling completely helpless at this point. I am coming to this location for the past 10 years. Never a problem. Respectful, polite, and professional. I am stunned by the rating. It would be absolute disservice to them to give anything less than 5 stars. It is a great pleasure doing business with them.
