Very friendly bank teller and never long lines
No tellers.
Been a Chase customer for decades and today I went into this branch and was shocked by the lack of service provided and the entitled/rude attitude that was given by the employee who greeted me. I handed the bank teller my bank card and put $1200 on the table with a request to deposit to one of my accounts. She looked at the cash and looked startled and with a step back and alarmed body language said "I can't touch cash here" I was in disbelief and I repeated back what she said to me and asked completely bewildered "excuse me... read more
I was having a hard time tracking down a letter that was mailed to me 5 years ago. Cece was able to track down the letter which I needed to start a new job. She went above and beyond and reached out to multiple departments to get the letter for me. She is very friendly and personable, a great banker. Thank you!
