Been a Chase customer for decades and today I went into this branch and was shocked by the lack of service provided and the entitled/rude attitude that was given by the employee who greeted me. I handed the bank teller my bank card and put $1200 on the table with a request to deposit to one of my accounts. I was having a hard time tracking down a letter that was mailed to me 5 years ago. Cece was able to track down the letter which I needed to start a new job. She went above and beyond and reached out to multiple departments to get the letter for me. She is very friendly and personable, a great banker. Thank you!
People working there couldn’t answer any questions. Told us multiple contradictory statements about requirements for opening an account. The person we met with seemed to know nothing about the process without calling others for help.
---- Update Review December 2024---- Our experience at Chase just continues to get worse. My wife has multiple business accounts, along with our own personal accounts. After someone hacked her account and set up a fake ACH for employee payments (which she has no employees), $50K was stolen from her acct. We were out of town when she tried to access the acct, only to be locked out by Chase. They clearly sensed fraud was happening and shut the account down.
