This is branch is a joke!! ... The branch manager was clueless as to what I needed. Half the time I was talking she was not paying attention and countinued to interrupt me!! She made me feel as if my issue was nothing big, although we they took my funds to open the account I was truely well respected customer then! The wait time to speak w/ a personal banker was truly an insult, over 1 hour!! Chase really needs to better train there branch personnel or I do forsee a HUGE drop in customer accounts!!!
