I had a great experience with Chase Bank! The branch was clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Liza was especially helpful — she took the time to give us all the information we needed about our account. She was efficient and made the process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend Chase for excellent customer service!
Took 2 of checks at the atm and froze. It didnt load to my acct. Now I have to wait a week.
