Easy parking, quick in and out
I visited this branch to get a bank statement printed and the entire staff was very rude and very disrespectful. This is the worst chase bank in the entire East coast always lines and very disrespectful and staff that don’t help. Avoid this bank because they do not help there clients or go to a different bank . Also the manager Katherine she was very fresh and had a very nasty attitude . I will never give this branch any more business.
Made first of the day appointment to notarize a single page document. Initially told someone will be right with me. After waiting and asking, was told that the person is in a staff meeting. Why waste client’s time by making an appointment you know you won’t be able to keep?
I met with the branch manager and he was very polite as well as open to networking for business resources.
