I love my bank
Mixed reviews on this bank. They leave you a voicemail. You call back and get an automated response. You select the option number. You get only 5 rings then they hang up on you. You call repeatedly, same routine, same selection process, same 5 rings and then click. Call again. Here's the kicker...I go to the bank, they have 2 friendly employees. I take out my cellular, I dial their number. I go through the same process. Funny how I do not hear any phones ringing in the branch. I keep playing with the process and still no pho... read more
HORRIBLE 🤬 I did a withdrawal and $100.00 was missing and I made a report so they can view there camers and the said that I would have to get an attorney to subpoena them??? I'm their clients.They should want to check the cameras to see whete that money went and if their teller is not stealing money from their customers. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY from that bank their thefts
