I want to express my satisfaction for the service received in this branch on August 9 and 12, 2024. The staff was professional and courteous. Also highlight the professionalism and assistance of Ms. Solimar Garcia Casals, with a unique way of developing and completing her work, a gem in these times. I hope that Ms. Garcia Casals' standards set a precedent of service for everyone to emulate.
Except for cashing a modest check I would give them minus 5 stars. I have made 3 visits to them with the same inquiry and no answers. Asked for the mgr, Response : 1) She is in training until next week. 2) Received a phone call 2 days later: She is out sick and won’t be in for another week . On my visit this week, she was no where to be found but she had been in that morning. They have no accountability and are downright untrustworthy.
Great bank! The whole team is fantastic! This branch is always busy with customers everytime I go, however, the team is always trying to help in anyway they can. I highly recommend this bank! Remember they’re humans! They are always trying their best to help us!
The staff is super nice, they help you and guide you trough the whole process. It's easy and with many many options.
