My elderly mom with hearing problems frequently visits this chase branch, I accompanied her to the bank whilst I was in town and I am thankful for how she was treated by all the staff who greeted her. Tray, the young man who helps her is an asset to Chase, very professional and informative.
Enjoyed the easiest, most pleasant banking experience at Chase Bank yesterday. There were no lines, thank you end of tourist season!!! The manager, I assume, greeted me with a "welcome" from her cubical as I walked in, which I really appreciate. It's those little touches that so many people and places are lacking these days.
