I have been a customer of Chase for over 30 years. My father passed away and we needed medallion stamp assistance for his estate and were told since he isn't a customer, they won't help. We did not have a local bank option in Naples. Would prefer a bank with some compassion at a time of death, especially to a customer who happens to be part of the trust that is impacted (told too bad, has to be the person that died, not just any trust member)
I went to this location to pay off a loan, but there was a problem with the account. Myra, the teller, was fantastic! Very accommodating and patient, even though it took almost an hour to resolve. She really went above and beyond expectations. Everyone I spoke to at the branch was very kind; I would absolutely recommend this location.
