Enjoyed the easiest, most pleasant banking experience at Chase Bank yesterday. There were no lines, thank you end of tourist season!!! The manager, I assume, greeted me with a "welcome" from her cubical as I walked in, which I really appreciate. It's those little touches that so many people and places are lacking these days. No red tape! I went to Chase Bank to clear up a problem with my account in my contact preferences. I was expecting to get a lot of red tape, otherwise known as obstructions and seemingly unnecessary and endless requirements - not at Chase! They verified my identity without question using my driver's license and made sure the account was mine after that there was no red tape! I was very impressed! Thank you Chase Bank for restoring my faith in financial institutions... well at least one financial institution. :-)
