They dont make anything simple and instead of offering solutions, they send you away. How is it the clients problem if the teller doesnt know them and they were not prepared with multiple forms of ID. My elderly mother in law was forced to go into the branch to make a withdrawal because they dont have a pinpad at the drive up window. I get protecting from fraud, but the getting turned away because the new teller didnt know her! I'm updating this review and kept the stars at 2. I’m very pleased with the assistance I received from Chase Bank. The team was polite, attentive, and professional. They took the time to help me with what I needed, and handled all my requests quickly and correctly. It was a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. I truly appreciate their kindness and excellent service!
Always something wrong with atm machines . Guy in there working on them but doin more talking then working. Always withholding checks and coming up with different excuses to release it .
I have had Chase for over a decade. Ever since I started using this location my account has been HACKED 3 times in less than 2 years. Something is not right.
