Always something wrong with atm machines . Guy in there working on them but doin more talking then working
I’m giving this branch one star because is required in order for me to do the review but it doesn’t deserve not even one, everytime I go to use the ATM it never works, it always has a problem which is kinda ridiculous for such a big institution.
I am rating the location a 2 stars because Michelle P. was super helpful. She took her time to review the issue we were experiencing. Instead of simply passing a message to corporate, she took action and we were able to resolve the issue the same day we met with her. However, the rest of the staff with the exception of one other young lady, who acted like a manager-was attentive and very apologetic, could use a training in customer service. do not use this bank. came to close my account and they somehow transferred all the information over to my mother. now she’s getting withdrawal fees and i cannot even do anything because my name is not associated with it. unprofessional and lacks critical thinking skills. i’m not sure how this branch is still even in business. i highly suggest TD bank. they are always helpful and gets everything i need done. i closed my chase account because TD is way better.
