Chase as a whole offers no protection to its clients, I’m over it. I’m moving all my accounts to a different institution.
They dont make anything simple and instead of offering solutions, they send you away. How is it the clients problem if the teller doesnt know them and they were not prepared with multiple forms of ID. My elderly mother in law was forced to go into the branch to make a withdrawal because they dont have a pinpad at the drive up window. I get protecting from fraud, but the getting turned away because the new teller didnt know her! I'm updating this review and kept the stars at 2.
