Terrible experience at this branch. Get it together people! Went in to open up a bank account, both personal and business, they told me to wait to see if they have any appointments available. There are plenty of other banks looking to take my money. See ya!
This negative review isn’t for the location specifically but the bank as a whole. It’s a Shame they’re still denying Black people loans for no logical reason. I have thousands in my account. Have a long History making payments on time. just wanted to get a business loan and build credit for my company. It’s disappointing they’ll give you an inquiry without the chance of building your credit, way to keep black Americans down.
Courteous bank, service oriented.
Very helpful on a Saturday right before closing.
