AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This branch and the CSR (Crystal Howard) in Indiana are complete idiots. A simple process was turned into a three day ordeal of mass-miscommunication. Certainly this is just my version, although 35 years of banking transactions this one could have been translated to a book. I honestly believe the recent US government shutdown was less heartburn and complicated than Chase Bank.
