This branch is truly awful. Management snd staff are not helpful. They rush the interaction with account holders to get you out the door and close the doors behind you. Shame on all of them
A banker from this telephone number called me and asked to speak to someone, who was not me. Then they proceeded to tell me that the person they were calling for applied for a credit card and gave me the person’s Social Security number. Someone who is not me. This person also called my phone four times before I finally answered.

The biggest scam! I went to withdraw 100 dollars and it said technical problem ! It took my 100 from my account! Mind you if it was a technical problem it should had NOT taken my money ! I told them An they said its nothing they can do while file a claim Till this day i still haven't received my 100'dollars they stoled! Mind you ive been to millions of chase bank and it has never happened but here! Will never use my card here again!!!!
