The biggest scam! I went to withdraw 100 dollars and it said technical problem ! It took my 100 from my account! Mind you if it was a technical problem it should had NOT taken my money ! I told them An they said its nothing they can do while file a claim Till this day i still haven't received my 100'dollars they stoled! Mind you ive been to millions of chase bank and it has never happened but here! Will never use my card here again!!!!
Worst Chase I've been to ever..a total of 9 ATMs and just one of them is giving 5s and 20s..The others are just dispensing 100s or 1s dollar bills. Spoke to the manager who said she has no control over the issue. The funny thing is that they extended their normal business hours but still run as shitty as it did before.
I went today and there were only two tellers with a long line, but they have two people at the door greeting. I rather see a security person at the door and more tellers. I don't care for a hello or a goodbye. We want to get out quick.

Unhappy customer! I had an ATM at this location take my money during a cash deposit and shut down during the transaction! I panicked and immediately went inside the branch to speak to a branch manager who informed me there was an hour's wait to talk to someone about the situation. She advised that I call the number on the receipt to speak to a representative who would put in a claim for the problem and that I would take the exact steps that branch personnel would be doing.
