If zero stars were possible, that would be my rating based on the incredibly rude, and condescending tellers. I attempted to withdraw funds from their ATM, located inside the bank, adjacent to the teller's window, and received an error message: " unable to complete transaction".No big deal. A short while later I checked my bank mobile app which shows $400 was debited from my account by Chase!
