Been banking with Chase for years. When they first assigned a banker to my account, it was alright but then it was proven useless. They then got rid of the banker, which wasn't really anything to miss. Deposited 2 large checks a week ago. No issues. Then tried depositing 2 large different checks today with Venous Escobar (teller) and she said they cannot accept it bc of the payee name discrepancy on the account, even though the first 2 checks were the same payee.
