Today I went to the bank and Miss Maria helped me. She gave me an excellent service and was very kind.
This bank is absolutely worthless. I am not exaggerating when I say that 9/10 people who work there have no idea what is going on. They literally tell you they don't know what to do when you ask them for anything other than a deposit. This branch has theirhands tied to. Most needs can't be handled there and you have to call a 1-800 number instead. Some of the employees have just been flat out rude. Another customer review said they were "perfunctory" which is highly accurate.
