Don't come here, they are very perfunctory. When I was going to open an account here, the front desk staff had a bad attitude and told me to come back in three hours, but many of their staff were idle chatting and asked me to come back in three hours. I will not go back there
The CIO of chase should be fired. The IVR call in system is awful. The locked my online profile, then I call and they ask for a debit card to do some kind of routing, I don't have a debit card, then they throw me in a 40 minute wait - I'll likely get transferred 3 times and will need to re-validate three times. When the fish stinks, it stinks at the head - fire the CEO. And by the way I have over 10 accounts and have been a chase customer for 20 years.
Don’t have an account with Chase but came in to get change from a couple $100 bills and they act weird you don’t hand an account with them. Only allowed me to get change for half of what I needed. You’re bank you should be able to break a couple $100 bills geez. Bank of America across the street was way more courteous
Brian Thomas was extremely helpful. I had opened several accounts and credit cards and wanted to have them linked together. Brian worked with me, and was able to unravel everything. He’s a life saver!
