Just tried to talk to the staff about a business account and credit card. Was told they could not help me as there were others waiting in front of us. There was not one other person in the building except the employee's friend/significant other in their office that had brought them something to eat. Horrible customer service!!!
Madison T. was absolutely wonderful, efficient and friendly. My wife and I recently got married and we wanted to combine our accounts, she made doing so a breeze. Madison went over all of the new features and offerings that Chase has currently for credit monitoring and even looking at offers for when we are interested in buying a house and potentially financing through Chase.
Terrible experience. Felt like customer service was not a priority.
As someone who has worked at a bank I know how cashing personal checks works... If I bring you a check from the bank you can most definitely verify funds and cash it for a non account holder for a fee...
