Bill was great! Helped us get set up and really attended to our personal needs. A true gentleman! Laura at the desk was amazing as well, just a great branch overall!
It doesn't help much when I get a private banker that is too lazy to lift a finger and complain about every small task I ask for him. But the other female banker was very helpful. But this guy not so much and I will likely not go back.
Single ATM, be patient if there are people ahead of you.
The lobby ATM.. is very slow..
They will not let customers use their restrooms!! I almost pooped myself trying to go somewhere else. No concern, almost not human. Especially the older, over weight white guy near the front door. Is this a managers directive??
