I've always had good service at this branch. Recently, I needed advice about opening an account for a temporary non-profit reunion committee. Soo-Hey (Sue) Romero gave fantastic advice and helped me open an account that I could use for the reunion without having to file with the state or county. She also helped me link the account to Zelle and PayPal.
Bill was fast and quick to update account information and all my questions or answered above beyond. Awesome
I came in and sat, I waited for someone to greet me or even acknowledge me, yet I was ignored by the older men, they checked in with a couple sitting across from me, and he had a conversation with another couple that was leaving then just returned to his desk. I went up to the gentleman at the cashier desk, and he was kind and very helpful.
Horrible customer service experience with Olga! **Watch out!** She is short-tempered! Her condescending tone and unwillingness to assist was both unprofessional and immature! On September 26 at 11 AM, I had an appointment with Olga to add my DBA to my account in order to deposit checks.
