I agree with every review for this branch, it is a sour grapes of wrath. The TELLERS are professionally lazy and lost the second your issue has more than two syllables. Ask anything beyond a basic deposit and you get the blank stare of someone solving quantum physics in pig Latin. The only exception? Ashley Renninger - the lone employee with actual brains and real customer service. She’s basically carrying the entire branch on her back while everyone else naps. Bill was great! Helped us get set up and really attended to our personal needs. A true gentleman! Laura at the desk was amazing as well, just a great branch overall!
It doesn't help much when I get a private banker that is too lazy to lift a finger and complain about every small task I ask for him. But the other female banker was very helpful. But this guy not so much and I will likely not go back.
Single ATM, be patient if there are people ahead of you.
