This morning I woke up to a very frustrating situation where my payroll was delayed. Customer service 800 number was less than helpful to the point where I was ready to close my account with Chase. Then I decided to call Chase in Eastgate and spoke to Rob, without ever meeting me, he went way above and beyond to make sure that I felt appreciated and welcomed at Chase. Not only did he solve my problem he made my day, I HIGHLY recommend this branch of Chase. Thank you Rob!
I've banked with Chase since 2007 and needed to go inside today to ask a question and get a document printed. The customer service representative named Bill K. was completely unprofessional and didn't seem to want to answer my questions or help me. He printed out my form and made a comment on the amount of money in my savings account. This is completely uncalled for and not okay. Definitely a violation of my privacy and I'm sure other customers heard his comment. One of the worst experiences I've had at a Chase branch.
