Third world country experience ATMs not working instead wait 20 min per car to be serviced by a tube
Getting one star because zero is not an option. Today I went to open a checking and saving account at 1230 in the afternoon. I was told that everyone was on lunch even through 5 employees were at their desks. I could make an appointment or do it myself online. How can every employee go to lunch at the same time. Terrible customer service. The Indian lady that picked up my call was absolutely horrible she kept scolding me when I tried to ask her about her international rates and services, kept telling me I needed to go the website for information and that she couldn’t disclose any information over the phone. I mean seriously I was trying to open an account not asking state secrets or anything SHEESH.
I went there to cash a chase bank check from my client and i told them i need the money for my wife Funeral they hold the check no cash i have to wait , thx God my friend helping me with the payment . I TELL EVERYBODY THIS BANK LIKE OTHERS ARE THE DEVIL BANK STAY AWAY FROM THE EVIL. NO MERCY NO COMPASSION NO HIMANITY I WILL CLOSE MY POOR ACCOUNT AND I HOPE PEOPLE see this comment
