I really like the staff at the Hartland branch. They've always been great to work with.
The old dude that works the front desk makes a bad name for you bank. Couldn't handle a simple verification that the next chase over finished in minutes. Wild how awful the customer experience in person with y'all is. Gotta go location to location to find a good teller. The fact that the online is better then most of the front service desk agents is crazy.
I really like this bank. They are so helpful and friendly. The facility is clean, and the location is convenient. Two atm machines available.
