I really like this bank. They are so helpful and friendly. The facility is clean, and the location is convenient. Two atm machines available.
The worst Chase bank I have ever been to. I have been to many banks across the country. The manager John was the absolute worst. I have never met a manager who claims they are trying to help but doesn’t help at all. If anything, he made the situation 20X harder. I will never return to this Chase Bank and I suggest if you’re looking for a branch, steer clear of this location.
Horrible ATM
We have been members over 20 years. I will be leaving chase bank . Customer service is horrible, no loans anymore, this branch was rude and offered no help or assistance whatsoever. Very sad that big banks have enough business to not care about personal customer care. Moving to a Credit Union where they care.
I got discriminated against because of my age, while on business for a company. Older gentleman in front of me not wearing a mask after mandate ended. Older gentleman talked up no issues got what he needed. As soon as I walked up I got told i’m required to wear a mask. I said i’m vaccinated and immediately the teller immediately starts trying to force me to wear one but her manager behind me actually told her to cut it out.
