Weird placement for a bank now that ford is next door, helpful staff, just wish they would have given me the same card numbers, but they forced me against my own will to get a new number and said "its for my privacy.." I've had no issues with my old cards, other then the magnetic stip being damaged from use why do I need a whole new number. Plus they didnt deliver my card for 2 months ordered on 10/20/25 had to call hq to ask where it went, they didnt even bother trying to replace it, terrible..To be fair I should be giving ... read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Chase bank in an entirety is the lousiest bank on the planet
I go there all the time and the tellers couldn't be more pleasant and professional.
Line too long. They need more tellers. I recommend going to a better bank or credit union. 30 minute wait. Bankers in the office no help for the line. Possible late for work. Do better
