I wish I could leave 0 stars. Chase bank in an entirety is the lousiest bank on the planet
I go there all the time and the tellers couldn't be more pleasant and professional.
Line too long. They need more tellers. I recommend going to a better bank or credit union. 30 minute wait. Bankers in the office no help for the line. Possible late for work. Do better
Was treated very rudely by Tamra the notary. When I tried to tell her about my document she snapped at me “ I know what it is. I can read”. Never got it notarized. Am seriously considering changing banks after 8 years there.
Staff is very rude, unprofessional.
