My husband stood in line inside the branch for 20 minutes. Once up at the teller, he was told to sit at a cubicle to do a wire transfer. The teller attempted to help my husband at the cubicle. The manager came out and snapped at the teller and told them to make my husband wait until all of the people inside the bank were helped first. He said I have a transaction that needs to be done before 5:00, and she said nope- the other people need to be helped. He has to keep waiting! Weird placement for a bank now that ford is next door, helpful staff, just wish they would have given me the same card numbers, but they forced me against my own will to get a new number and said "its for my privacy.." I've had no issues with my old cards, other then the magnetic stip being damaged from use why do I need a whole new number. Plus they didnt deliver my card for 2 months ordered on 10/20/25 had to call hq to ask where it went, they didnt even bother trying to replace it, terrible..To be fair I should be giving ... read more
