Was treated very rudely by Tamra the notary. When I tried to tell her about my document she snapped at me “ I know what it is. I can read”. Never got it notarized. Am seriously considering changing banks after 8 years there.
Staff is very rude, unprofessional.
Spent 11 minutes in drive thru line. Got to my yturn and they changed the light to red. Pulled up and hit call button several times and no one would respond. Pulled through and called and no one would pick up the phone. Yes. They were open. It was 12:39. Rude
I'm only giving them two stars because the teller inside that I dealt with was very pleasant. Don't bother going through the drive-thru, even if the bank is empty and they have two to three extra tellers alongside the person helping the drive-thru they won't be doing anything. I waited in that drive-thru for 10 minutes with two other cars without anyone moving. Once I was inside there was no one in there and I was helped immediately. My son came in 6/29 to open his first checking account and Leslie Johnson was absolutely fantastic with helping him get it set up. She was so kind and put him at ease and helped him get everything squared away. If you ever have to get any help there she is the one to see. She was awesome!!
