Signed up for chase because it offered 300 dollars if I direct deposited 500 within 90 days, uber for some reason direct deposited it onto the debit card so they say it doesn't count, which makes no sense because the money has to be in the bank account to use the debit card
The tellers Hannah and the other girl are phenomenal and their customer service is top notch! Also the branch manager Gabi she is very attentive to a customers needs 10/10 for this location
The only reason this gets a 5 star is because of a floater that helped me named Maria Castro! She was the only banker there that happened to have 10 minutes of her time to answer a few questions I had regarding my account. She was extremely patient and very detailed with clarifying everything i needed to know going forward! She needs a promotion TODAY!! Thanks again Maria!
