Awful chase location. They rarley open on time. They only have one off hours ATM and the drive in one is very inconsistent. Avoid at all cost. I cant speak on the employees who work there. Those are just the problems with the atm.
I thought I could do a Transaction within an Hr wait. Had to Leave.
I’ll admit I was apprehensive to come to this branch because of the bad reviews/ratings. However, when I went in I was offered coffee/water and was treated pretty well. I spoke to one of the bankers there (not Mutakamil Said since it seems like a lot of the reviews have pointed out issues with hi), and they were professional and courteous. Overall my first visit was a pleasant surprise.
