Had an appointment with Mutakamil Said from client service - he was unprofessional and disrespectful - rude and condescending - take you business else where these guys do not deserve you account. No wonder there reviews are 2 stars it is just a matter of time before they close this branch.
The worst ever customer experience from a bank. One tries to call internationally and reach a banker at their own branch in the U.S., and the call gets routed to a call center outside the U.S. where the team does not have a clue about most things.
They need a lot of work in terms of customer service specialty for what they call “private client” customers…. not at the same level as other Chase branches.
