I have had pleasant experiences with both my business and personal accounts at the Hillsborough Branch of Chase. While there are no visible tellers behind counters as in traditional settings, staff have been able to assist with all of my financial needs.
Fernando and Zainab are very helpful and knowledgeable, this has been our go to branch
Met with Colin right before Thanksgiving, he understood that I was in a time crunch and rushed the delivery of what I needed, and overall was so helpful. He was so friendly, engaged with my kids while we waited, was personable and all around very helpful. Really grateful to have had his help that day!
A bank that doesn't even have cash transactions. Worthless.
