Bad services clerk working there badly
This is branch is staffed with the most wonderful people! My 86 year old dad banks here and they help him with everything! EVERYTHING! They all know his name and welcome him in each time. I was recently there with him and was so grateful to have the girls there know him.

This Branch is OK but overall their overseas cutomer service is horible and Chase is very misleading in it's banking techniques.
