They fail to file an SAR requested by a client then refuse to provide clients account documents upon request and fire or transfer employees to "apparently" baffle investigators to cover up their lack of over site in regards to a large fraud case... but hey, they ARE the Bank, so they couldn't have done anything wrong, R I G H T . . . .

Candise Scott is the most professional, adequate and friendly representatives I have dealt with in a long time. She is professional and very down to earth. I will stay with Chase as long as she is around. She is always there when I need her. Thank you Candise for restoring my faith in customer service in this day and age!
Why would a bank let me sit in line for half an hour then take my check ask for two forms of ID then tell me "sorry my computer won't let me"? DurrDuthis time all I need issue money to get supplies for my family. Not cool. You obviously have what you need I see. Thank for the rude service.
Drive thru is painfully slow. Either more employees are needed or better management of customer flow.
