Great nationwideservice
I am extremely dissatisfied with the Chase business banking service. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, the business banker came into the waiting area and informed me that they could not assist me today, or that I would need to wait an additional 30 minutes or more due to their schedule. I had driven 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach the branch. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.
