Chase is trash
This place literally deserves ZERO STARS. Horrible service and the time they make you wait! Which is unfair! You have to make appointments for a paper which literally had me waiting in line for 30 minutes after asking the person at front if I needed to go in line or not. Once I came to the counter I’d be told I had to make an appointment for a document. I could’ve easily gotten printed right away.
THE WORST CUSTOMER service ever! my mother was going to this chase to deposit money into my account. She is elderly and they did not help her at all. They refused to attend her or to hear her out. I tried calling ahead of time to speak with someone so that they can help her and no one ever answered the phone.
One ATM working with a long line. Chase Bank does not care about their Latino customers. Shame on Chase Bank for not trying to improve this location even though it’s a very busy location.
