The employee are so dam lazy they schedule appointments and when you get there they say they don’t no appointment even do i have proof on top of that they are just talking crap about customers very unprofessional and the manager lazy as hell that’s why the employees are the same. Horrible bank horrible customer service. READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. NEED NEW TRAINING BECAUSE THE ONES YOU HAVE THERE IS MAKING BUSINESS LOOK BAD…
It is a good bank. What I don't like is that they put the checks on hold for a long time, up to 2 weeks. You talk on the phone and they tell you that the check is under review. and the bank already has the money in its possession. So at that time they use it and you can't use your money. that's not good at all😀👍🏻
Thank you to Ms. Kim , she is always super nice & gives my dog a treat . Makes our experience much more awesome . Also shout out to Isaiah also always nice & helpful.
