Had an account with them for 6 months. No issues then all of a sudden when I put $6k in my savings and waiting for money to be returned and my check from work they closed my account. No warning. No explanation but they’re sending me a check with whatever I had in the account at the time. No one can help me. I have to wait 10 days for my check from them with their “explanation” and now I have to fight for my check from work. Chase is def a scam.
This is really just for chase in general. I opened a new bank account with them in October, I have another account somewhere else. This is just a backup account. But if you apparently don’t keep the amount of money they want in your account at all times they take $15 from you and call it a “monthly service fee” ? What exactly are you even using that money for? Because really you’re just taking peoples money and doing who knows what with it and no one told me this when I made the account of course.
