Im giving this review because I paid my car payment with my debit card and chase charged me $14.82 non chase atm cash fee.. I didn't get any cash. I simply paid a bill. If I'm going to be charged every time I pay my car payment I am not going to continue banking with Chase.
The customer service provided was exceptional. Upon our arrival, we were met with a very pleasant greeting. All members of the staff demonstrated remarkable friendliness and efficiency. This experience was truly outstanding.
