Had appointment this afternoon scheduled at 1:30 pm as I’m considering moving all of my banking to Chase. (My son’s recommendation) Drive 30 minutes and walk in to which a lady ask if she can help me. I tell her I have an appointment. She asked my name. Then she says “The bankers not here.” I ask when to expect her. She says she’s not coming in. No explanation. She offers to reschedule me twice. I ask why I wasn’t notified. We scheduled a meeting with Jasmine through the Chase app to have some documents notarized. She was extremely friendly and the entire experience was super easy and convenient, even after we showed up 15 minutes late. Highly recommend this location for notary services!
These are the rudest people I have ever met from the bank manager Melissa all the way to the tellers. I have never seen such horrible customer service like I have here! Even the crack heads at cefco are nicer than the people here! I have waited time and time again how rude they are to different customers everyone of them should be ashamed of how they treat people in there!
