We scheduled a meeting with Jasmine through the Chase app to have some documents notarized. She was extremely friendly and the entire experience was super easy and convenient, even after we showed up 15 minutes late. Highly recommend this location for notary services!
These are the rudest people I have ever met from the bank manager Melissa all the way to the tellers. I have never seen such horrible customer service like I have here! Even the crack heads at cefco are nicer than the people here! I have waited time and time again how rude they are to different customers everyone of them should be ashamed of how they treat people in there!
Everytime I come here I can never use the atm, it always, just as now, says it can not accept nor dispense cash. (Wtf) They have 2 atms and they never work. It's frustrating because this is the only chase in marshall now I have to go to another bank and yall know chase not covering atm fees when their own atm is always unavailable at this location. Somebody need to learn to manage these things better. Absolutely ridiculous business practices, with little to no care for the responsibility of what's provided to the consumer...... read more
