Tried to call 3 times at different times of day and the didn't answer. Call Chase customer service and they tried to connect me directly and failed as well. One star for being consistently bad at picking up the phone
Incredibly inefficient.
Me and my husband stopped by to open 2" new money" accounts-one business and one to park proceeds of the sale of our apartment building. Three guys in their offices doing anything (nothing ) to greet or acknowledge us for 11 minutes. You snooze-you lose.
Rude employees. I walked in and no one was working. All the employees were having a social hour. Takes about 5 min for one of them to ask if I needed help. I tell them I need help opening a business account and then all of a sudden they’re all busy with “clients” for the rest of the day. I definitely won’t be taking my business here. Save your time and find another bank.
