ATM never working. Forever. Worst Chase in the area.
I've been to this bank a few times and everytime I'm greeted with nasty customer service from the same teller Taneja Drone. The last time I was helped by her she was unwelcoming and was consistently yawning in my face. Normally something like this wouldn't bother me but it is a consistent issue at this bank. It is very unprofessional!! I would steer clear of this bank
This bank only has 1 drive through ATM and the Brinks security that handles the ATM is rude. They were blocking the drive way and it was raining, I just wanted to know if the only ATM bank is open and the security didn't even want to explain if it is or not. He was rude and just wanted to show he was tough because he caries a gun on him. How ridiculous of people who treats their customers this way.
