Over the past year, I had some very complicated banking matters to settle for someone for whom I had become POA. Derek Tu was extremely helpful over multiple visits getting everything sorted. Kind, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend him!
This place was much better back when it was Hollywood Video back in the day. At least they provided actual services instead of this useless building that has the audacity to call itself a Chase Bank.
Couldn't set up an appointment online, branch had no notary available, called other branches and no one answered. If this is your idea of customer service, you have failed miserably.
I’ve been banking at this branch for a long time. The tellers are respectful and very polite. They’re professionals, they take good care of all customers alike. The doors open at ten, once I was outside waiting then the branch manager noticed me and opened the doors at 9.45. With a smile he greeted me and one teller was already there and served me. That’s what I call customer appreciation.
