I went in to the branch TODAY 9-28-2024 and all I have to say is that DEREK TU, should NOT be the assistant vice president it’s a shame that someone like him represents your name *ChaseBank* he doesn’t have the skills , the knowledge or even the qualifications for customer service to be in there with that title. Not professional, not knowledgeable, and sarcastic. He created a big situation out of a small thing for him to do . I would not recommend this place because of him . And I will also file a formal complaint about him.... read more
THERE’S A REASON THIS PLACE HAS MORE 1STAR RATINGS THAN ANY OTHER RATING!! Believe them!! Go ANYWHERE but here! They should probrably start by demoting the manager KIM. Horrible horrible customer service skills What a horrible representation of a bank institution.
You might as well close this branch. They will not answer phone. They will not give service unless you deal with a laborious on line request. Why take up space? Wells Fargo at least answers their phone.
