I go to this branch on a regular basis for work. Everyone is always very nice and professional. I’ve never had to wait very long, and I’ve never had any issues. Not sure what the drama is with some of these other 1 star reviews…
It is Saturday, April 12th, 9:20 a.m. and I'm shopping around, trying to decide on which Chase Bank to open an account with, and it's clearly NOT this one! I just got off the phone with some guy named Mark (in the department where they influence when funds are release -- not sure why I was transferred to him in the first place), TERRIBLE customer service, as in ZERO!
