Branch is good for one thing and one thing only. Withdrawing money. I'm sorry two things. Depositing and withdrawing. As for the bankers as always care is not given. Sure they are super nice to you. But they waste your time. Made an appointment to open up business account. Made it days before today. And I couldn't open it today because I wasn't informed on what paperwork to bring. So of course I missed apparently one important item. So everything done had to be deleted and in today's world I couldn't send the paper via email... read more
A couple of the bank tellers are inexperienced and the Asian gentleman who's training them doesn't seem to know what he's doing either. I had to go to another branch to get my issue resolved. Good luck!
I don't usually post reviews on bank locations, but I feel that this is needed. The bank teller was very dismissive of my issue. I had deposited a check online and it gave me an error, so I went in to deposit it myself. He told me the funds are already there. I'm looking at my account and the funds have not been added. I told him that, and he said it was deposited into my account two days prior. Okay, I still don't see the money. The problem is still there today. I NEVER write reviews, much less for banks. But Diego at this location just went above and beyond for me in resolving an issue that was actually Chase’s fault. I came in close to closing, and he totally could’ve been like any other banker and just done the bare minimum, but no. He made so many calls to fight this for me and help me resolve an issue that wasn’t my fault in the first place. Will only be banking at this branch with Diego from now on.
