Boo Chase Bank since when do payroll checks with clear markings they are from a payroll company have a one day hold placed on them and do not clear immediately?!?!? Personal checks I can see why but paycheck funds should be made available right away. Bills are paid from these checks and to have to wait at least once business day can put someone in a considerable financial bind.
I wish I could give them zero but I don’t have that option. Terrible customer service. I’ve been a private client with JP Morgan / Chase for more than 10 years. I usually go to another branch by my work which is excellent. This one is close to where I live and they are terrible. I went there for a simple notary public signature. They made me wait for 10 minutes then the manger comes to be saying that he has a meeting starting soon, please come back in 2 hours. I just went to UPS. It look them less than 5 minutes to do it.
Terrible service, they are supposed to provide customer service and they are racists, many of them
